What a termite job includes

Written findings after every inspection, so you can compare quotes.

Full WDO style inspection

We check the slab, crawl spaces, attic, trim and any wood that touches soil.

Active or old damage

You get photos and a clear answer on what is live today and what is history.

Targeted treatment

Soil barrier, bait or direct wood treatment, chosen for the species we find.

Annual re inspection

Florida termites swarm every year, so we come back and check the work.

How a termite call goes

1

Inspection first

No price before we look. Mud tubes, frass, damaged trim and moisture all change the plan.

2

A plan you can read

You get what we found, where, and the options with prices. No pressure on the spot.

3

Treatment and follow up

We treat, document it, and return for the annual check so a new colony does not start quietly.

Why termites are different from every other pest

Termites do not bother you. They eat the structure quietly, often for years, and the first sign most owners see is a swarm in spring or a piece of trim that gives under a thumb. In Manatee and Sarasota, subterranean termites come up from the soil and drywood termites fly in and start inside the wood itself.

That is why the inspection matters more than the spray. The species and the entry point decide the treatment: a soil barrier does nothing against a drywood colony in an attic beam, and spot treating a beam does nothing about a subterranean colony under the slab.

Buying or selling a home? Ask for the inspection in writing. A termite report with photos is what a lender or a buyer will accept, and it is also what protects you later.

Think you have termites?

Send us a photo of what you are seeing. If it looks active we will get someone out to inspect.

Termite questions we hear every week

How do I know if I have termites or ants?
Termite swarmers have two pairs of wings the same size and a straight waist. Flying ants have a pinched waist and uneven wings. Sawdust like pellets under wood usually mean drywood termites.
How often should a Florida home be inspected for termites?
Once a year. Termite pressure on the Suncoast is year round and an annual inspection catches a colony before the repair bill grows.
Does termite treatment mean tenting my house?
Not always. Tent fumigation is for widespread drywood infestations. Many jobs are handled with a soil barrier, baiting or direct wood treatment.
Is termite treatment safe for my family and pets?
Yes, when it is applied correctly. We tell you exactly what is used, where, and how long to stay away from the treated area.
Does homeowners insurance cover termite damage?
Almost never. Insurance treats termite damage as preventable maintenance, which is why an annual inspection is cheaper than the repair.
